"Originally was quoted at around $135 until they lapsed my insurance (after I paid on the due date) and then pretended they were doing me a huge favor by reinstating the insurance so they could run a new report and quote me at $246 (for the most basic and standard insurance). Absolutely corrupt company, go anywhere else for insurance because these guys do not care to help anyone but the insides of their pockets. Oh also, they just hand you around to different agents so you never even know who was responsible for what or who to reach out to. Overall really poor business practices and just another massive corporation taking advantage of young people… This guy was always nice though but the company in general? YIKES"

"I have been a client of state farm for years. They have exceeded all expectations! When I had a flood at the house during Ida state farm agents took care of everything with no hassle and I also had car insurance so when a truck hit my parked car again they dealt with the trucking company insurance and handled all repairs and a rental car immediately! I will never use any other insurance company. Their customer service and claims department are all very kind,supportive and efficient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely Penny."
